LOVE LOUIE WARRANTY POLICY

At Love Louie, we design every nursery chair to be a long-lasting investment in comfort, style and those quiet moments with your little one. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to ensuring you enjoy your chair for many years to come.

If you experience an issue with your Love Louie product during the warranty period, please reach out to our team at hello@lovelouie.com.au. We will guide you through the steps required to assess the issue and begin a warranty claim if applicable.

Love Louie Furniture Warranty

All Love Louie nursery chairs come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects for up to one year from the purchase date.

For all warranty enquiries, please contact us via email or our contact page. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on next steps, which may include repair, replacement of components, or—in rare cases—a full product replacement.

Correct Use & Assembly

To maintain the validity of your warranty, your chair must be:

  • Assembled according to the instructions provided

  • Used only for its intended purpose

  • Installed on a flat, stable surface

The warranty will not apply if a defect has resulted from incorrect assembly, improper installation, or misuse.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect

  • Variations in fabric or foam that occur naturally over time

  • Modifications to the design, structure, finish, or hardware

  • Damage caused during relocation, moving house, or transport after initial delivery

  • Use of the product outdoors or in unsuitable environments

Warranty claims cannot be transferred to new owners if the product is sold or given away. 

Domestic Use Only

Love Louie products are designed for residential use.
This warranty applies only to items used in private homes.

It does not apply to chairs used in commercial or public settings such as:

  • Offices

  • Waiting rooms

  • Clinics

  • Shared workspaces

  • Retail environments

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the law.
