How quickly will my item ship?
Depending of the day your order is placed it should ship within 24 hours. If you are based in Melbourne and Sydney you should expect your order in 2-3 business days. If you are in a more regional area it may be another day or two. You will receive email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.
What is the warranty on a Love Louie recliner?
All of our Love Louie recliners come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. For all warranty claims please contact us via email and we will advise you on the steps to follow.
How long is the Chloé recliner power cord?
The Chloé power cord is longer than your average recliner, a total length of 3.5 meters.
How does Pre Order work?
When you place a pre-order we display the month for when stock is expected to arrive into our Australian warehouse. Your order will be shipped at the end of that month.
For example if the product page states "Pre-Order arrival - July " Your order will be dispatched by July 31 (if not earlier).
Please note arrival dates may change due to production or freight delays. We will notify you if there are any changes to stock arrival.

Does the Chloé recliner make much noise? If so, is it loud?
As parents we understand the importance of quiet time when you're with your little one so we kept this front of mind when designing the Chloé recliner. It is so quite you struggle to actually hear it at all.
